Last updated: November 2025
Scope of Services
WaslSoft & Co. provides high-performance tech ecosystem engineering, including custom enterprise ERP architectures, full-stack software development, secure mobile applications, and advanced technical search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are strictly required to provide accurate operational data, necessary source access, clear business workflows, and authenticated credentials within the agreed timelines to facilitate secure backend deployment.
Fees & Payment
All project fees, installment milestones, and billing cycles are defined within the official commercial proposal or client portal contract. Payments are structured based on development milestones and chosen warranty tiers.
Intellectual Property
WaslSoft & Co. retains absolute intellectual property and proprietary rights over core source codes, background frameworks, libraries, and custom system architectures developed or utilized during project execution.
Confidentiality & Data
Both parties commit to holding all corporate assets, proprietary databases, and internal workflows in absolute confidence. Data access is restricted to authorized engineers under strict non-disclosure terms.
Warranties & Disclaimer
We warrant functional bug fixes and database integrity issues arising directly from our custom codebase for the specific warranty period explicitly chosen in the commercial agreement (e.g., 2-month or 6-month tiers). Third-party modifications void this warranty.
Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaslSoft & Co.'s total aggregate liability for any operational discrepancies or technical disruptions shall never exceed the actual fees paid by the client for that specific active module.
Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend development, restrict client portal access, or terminate active production microservices immediately upon non-payment of milestone invoices or direct violations of security policies.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms and conditions are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and commercial regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any unresolvable conflict shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.
Changes to Terms
WaslSoft & Co. reserves the right to amend or update these legal terms at any time to align with evolving cybersecurity frameworks, Saudi regulatory laws, or operational expansions.
